Alternating bands of sapwood and heartwood. Surfaced two face and beautifully figured. This selection is biscuit jointed and glued with three #20 biscuits on each seam (15 total) for added strength. The ends may need some minor trimming to get a nice square piece as the pieces move slightly during glue up. I have a few additional pieces of this material and could produce one to two additional tops depending on size.
