One piece has an 18" long by 3" wide spike of heartwood at one end of the second face and the other piece has a 5" wide strip of heartwood running down the center of the second face that shows at one end of the pictured face as a light 6" long by 1" wide streak that's visible in the picture. Surfaced two face and very nicely figured.
